This full-day session targets first time supervisors who want to gain comfort in their new roles through learning the basics of the supervisory role, effective delegation, and how to begin developing their leadership (not just management) style. Participants will leave with tools for the hiring process and employee performance planning. This session can be taken on its own or combined with the 102 class for a comprehensive management skills training. This is a dues-supported education program.

This session can be taken on its own or combined with the 101 class for a comprehensive management skills training. This is a dues-supported education program.
